Ingredients

1 medium size white sweet potatoe

1 medium size red/orange sweet potatoe

3 tablespoons light olive oil

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

3 teaspoons of French vanilla or pure vanilla flavor

4 tablespoons of orange clover honey

Preparation

  1. Leave the peeling on. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Slice the potatoes like thick French fries, similar to steak fries.
  3. Place the potatoes in an aluminum foil square cake pan.
  4. In a cup mix the other ingredients together, and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and let it set for at least 3 hours, or overnight, in the refrigerator.
  6. Grill on the top rack for 20 minutes on medium flame.
