Ingredients
1 medium size white sweet potatoe
1 medium size red/orange sweet potatoe
3 tablespoons light olive oil
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
3 teaspoons of French vanilla or pure vanilla flavor
4 tablespoons of orange clover honey
Preparation
- Leave the peeling on. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Slice the potatoes like thick French fries, similar to steak fries.
- Place the potatoes in an aluminum foil square cake pan.
- In a cup mix the other ingredients together, and pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and let it set for at least 3 hours, or overnight, in the refrigerator.
- Grill on the top rack for 20 minutes on medium flame.
