Ingredients

One pound skinned salmon fillet

3 tbs. sesame oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

Fresh ginger slices

Powdered ginger

Oyster sauce

Preparation

Mix sesame oil and soy sauce. Add slices of fresh ginger. Pour mixture over skinned salmon fillets so that salmon is not totally covered but is well coated. Sprinkle ground ginger over fillets. Drip oyster sauce over fillets. Marinate for one to two hours Grill salmon fillets over hot grill (indirect method otherwise it will flame up), 3-4 minutes per side, shorter or longer depending on thickness of salmon – it should remain creamy inside. Turn only once.
