Ingredients

2 8 oz portions of ahi tuna

2 granola bars, or loose granola

1/2 cup frangelica

1/2 gt heavy cream

1 puff pastry sheet

1 tsp. cinnomon

1/4 tbs butter

1/4 tbs veg oil

Preparation

grind granola into a dust pat tuna with water dredge in granola heat oil & butter in saute pan

reduce heavy cram in sauce pan till sauce consistency add frangelica (if not sweet enough add a little sugar cut puff pastry in to leaves, and strips, roll strips into roses dust with cinnomon and bake in 400 degree oven untill golden brown,approx 8 min

sear tuna in butter/oil for 2 min on each side

drizzle frangelica cream over and garnish with puff pastry flowers and leaves
