Ingredients
4 tsp Olive oil
6 Chicken Breast or leg/thigh
2 sprigs Rosemary
pinch salt
pepper as much as desired
2/3 tbs Dijon Mustard
1/2 tbs Honey
Preparation
Heat up your Grill and make sure it is well oiled.
Take your dijon and combine w/ honey in a bowl.
Remove rosemary from the stem & roughly chop them to release the flavours. add to bowl.
Now that you have that ready use a brush to coat the chicken as much as desired with the honey dijon and rosemary.
Once the chicken is coated it is time to grill by now the grill should be hot, place the chicken on they grill let cook until cooked. You can check by touch if firm it should be done but to double check you flip the breast over and make a small cut and make an inspection.
