(4-oz.) halibut, grouper, swordfish or tilapia steaks (3/4 inch thick)

Fresh chives or thyme, if desired

Preparation

GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all jerk seasoning ingredients. Add oil; stir to combine. Spread mixture on both sides of halibut steaks.

When ready to grill, oil grill rack. Place fish on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 8 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once. Garnish with fresh chives.
