Ingredients
3-4 Lb boneless lamb
1 lg red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup honey
1 lg bottle Catalina Dressing
Preparation
Mix ingredients together in plastic bag or marinating container. Let marinate 1-3 days turning frequently. Grill on medium hot grill until done (20-25 minutes) Baste with marinate while grilling. Slice and serve!
