Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves

2 Tbs. oil

Juice and rind of 1 large lemon (1tsp. Grated rind and about 1/4 cup juice)

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

3 cloves garlic, crushed in garlic press

1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

In heavy-duty resealable plastic food storage bag, combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken; coat with marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat grill and oil well. Grill 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with any remaining marinade until chicken is fully cooked.
