Ingredients
2lb - peeled and deveined Med/Lg
Raw Shrimp
Marinade:
juice from 2 lemons
minced zest from 1 lemon
1/2 cup minced fresh oregano
or 3 teasp dried
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 teasp kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Mix all marinade ingredients in a medium covered bowl. Toss shrimp in the marinade and refridgerate while you prepare the grill. May skewer shrimp on wooden sticks that have been soaked in water or grill directly on grill. Cook until pink is gone. Serve over jasmine rice or toss into a Pasta Salad.
