Ingredients

2 ripe mangos

1/3 cup cinnamon sugar mix as needed

2 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Wash and peel mango, slice mango into 1/2 inch thick slices. Approx 4 slices per mango, depending on the size of the mango. Discard seed. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar mix into a bowl and toss the mango slices one at a time in it. Put coated mango slice aside and toss next slice in mix until all slices are thoroughly coated in mix. Add more cinnamon sugar mix as needed.

Preheat well oiled grill to high temp, place mango slices onto grill, close lid, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown taking care not to let the sugar burn, then flip and cook other side for a 2-3 minutes.

Immediately serve 2 grilled slices over 1/2 cup of hard ice cream.
