Ingredients
1 large salmon fillet or baby COHO Salmon fillets.
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Maple syrup
Fresh green onion, minced (optional)
Preparation
Heat gas grill on medium setting.
Rub salmon with olive oil and lightly salt and pepper both sides. Place on grill that has been sprayed with cooking oil to prevent sticking. While salmon is grilling, brush on maple syrup a few times. Turn fillet and continue cooking and brushing with maple syrup until cooked just until opaque. Approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with minced green onion (optional) and serve.
