Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon minced onion

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 (1 1/2-pound) beef flank steak

Preparation

Mix ingredients well and marinate steak overnight in plastic bag. Grill until medium rare. Bring leftover marinade to boil and then reduce heat for a few minutes until thick for sauce. Slice steak across the grain and serve on platter with sauce poured on top.
