Ingredients

1 ripe mango - chopped

2 red tomatoes - chopped fine

1/2 diced green pepper

1 small vidalia onion

1 chipotle chili - diced fine

salt & pepper to taste

touch of red wine vinegar & 1/2 tsp of sugar. allow to marinate

Preparation

Place swordfish (one piece) into heavy duty plastic bag. Cover with 1 cup of salsa. Allow to marinate for up to 2 hours before grilling on hot grill. Grill approximately 4-5 minutes each side. May turn as needed.
