Ingredients

Chicken Thighs w/skin 10

1 C Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Seseme Oil

1/2 C Sake (Rice wine)

1 Tbsp crushed garlic

1 Tsp crushed ginger

2 Tbsp light Miso paste

Preparation

Place chicken in 1 gallon ziploc bag. Mix all remaining ingrediants until no lumps appear. Pour marinade into bag w/chicken Let stand at least 45 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Place on grill until completly cooked.
