Ingredients
250 g large mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper for seasoning
4 tbsp pesto
1 pot of roman salad
Preparation
Slice the mushrooms in half and mix them with the oil, season with the salt and pepper. Barbecue the mushrooms until golden colour. Transfer them over to a mixing bowl and add the pesto, cut the salad in peaces. Put the salad on a plate and add the mushrooms on top. Serve with whatever you are cooking
