Ingredients

1 1015 or Sweet Onion

1 Beef Bullion Cube

1 Pat of Butter

Preparation

Cut top off of onion. Peel outside layer down to hairy end. Very thinly slice off hairy end. Using a melon baller bore a hole in the top of the onion. Put the beef bullion cube in and cover with a pat of butter. Wrap in tin foil. Grill on indirect heat about an hour or until done.
