Ingredients
6 split chicken breasts
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of orange marmalade
minced garlic
1 cup lite teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Mix orange marmalade in teriyaki sauce. Add black pepper. Simmer on stove to a boil and turn off. Wash chicken breast and make 4 small cuts to insert small amounts of minced garlic and orange marmalade. Place the breasts in the warm (not hot) mixture. Turn several times to get a good coating. Leave in bowl until ready to place on the grill. Heat the grill on high to sear meat but turn down to the lowest temperature after adding the meat.
