Ingredients

1 lb. large shrimp peeled and devained (leave tail on)

2 vadelia oranges sliced

1 cup olive oil

5 cloves garlic

1 cup chopped clantro

5 whole cloves

1 jalopino pepper chopped

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation

put all ingred. in gallon zip-lock baggie. chill 3 hours or more.mixing every hour. skewwer shrimp on metal skewwers. grill shrimp about 3 minutes each side. brushing shrimp often with marinade.
