Ingredients
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1T honey
1/4 c mascarpone
1T honey
2 peaches?
garnish with pistachio?
Preparation
- Grill the peach with the cut side down until soft, about 5-10 minutes.
- Simmer the balsamic vinegar and honey until it thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
- Mix the mascarpone and honey.
- Serve the grilled peaches with topped with the mascarpone and the balsamic syrup.
