Ingredients

30 Jal. Peppers

1 cube Cream Cheese

1 cup grated Cheese (any flavor, we like Colby Jack)

5 lb Bacon (not cooked)

Preparation

Wash each pepper, cut in half (do NOT cut though stem)and de-seed each one. Fill each side of peppers with either cream cheese or grated cheese. Put half together and wrap a piece of bacon around it, secure with a toothpick. Place on HOT grill, turn as bacon cooks.
