1 1/2 inch thick slice of pineapple (fresh and ripe)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp honey
Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
DIRECTIONS Make criss-cross slashes with a knife on the slice of pineapple to get a nice presentation after grilling. Broil until pineapple turns a nice caramel color but be careful not to burn.
Drizzle with honey and lemon juice, and add freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
