Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple
2 lime
1/2 dl coconut
1.5 dl runny honey
1/2 liter ice cream
1 pot of mint
Preparation
Peel and cut the pineapple in for peaces around the core part. Cut each peace in 6-8 wedges. Cut the lime in half. Roast the coconut in a dry hot frying pan, mix it with the honey. Barbecue the fruit together with the lime for about 4 minutes per side, turn it the whole time. Serve the fruit with the honey, ice cream and squeeze some of the lime over the fruit. Garnish with the mint
