Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1-1/2 teaspoons pepper

2 (3/4-to-1-pound) pork tenderloins

Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients; place in a shallow container or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add tenderloins, turning to coat. Cover or seal, and chill 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove tenderloins from marinade. Grill, covered, 6 inches from medium coals (300 to 400 degF) for 12 to 14 minutes or until done, turning once.
