Ingredients
Grilled Pork Tenderloin
1/2 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 T lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic crushed
1 T fresh, chopped parsley
1 T dry mustard
1/2 t pepper
2 - 1lb. pork tenderloins
Preparation
Combine first 9 ingredients; place in a shallow container or zip top heavy duty plastic bag. Add tenderloins, turning to coat. Cover or seal, and chill 4 hours turning occasionally. Remove tenderloins from marinade. Grill, covered, 6 inches from medium coals for 12 to 14 minutes or until done, turning once. Yield: 6 servings.
