Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 cup papaya
field greens
Dressing
2T fresh tyme
2T lime juice
1T olive oil
1T minced ginger
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp each of salt, allspice, cinnamon
1/4tsp pepper, nutmeg
1 clove garlic
Preparation
mix dressing reserve half butterfly pork spread dressing on bbq 10 min per side. Cut pork into 1/4inch slices toss with remaing dressing
arrange greens on platter, top with pineapple, papaya, and dressed pork slices.
