Ingredients
4 large portabella caps
Pizza sauce
thin sliced Pepperoni
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup grated Pizza cheese
Preparation
Clean out mushroom caps and rinse. Put desired amount of pizza sauce in cap. Cover sauce with 1/4 cup cheese Sprinkle with bell pepper place slices of pepperoni over cheese and peppers. Spray grill with Pam or other oil. Place on grill for about 10 minutes untill mushroom cap is tender and cheese melted. Delicious!
