1 large red pepper
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1-2 cloves crumbled garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 crusty rolls
Preparation
Preheat grill. Marinate mushrooms with rosemary, thyme, pepper, garlic, and oil. Cook 15 minutes, turn and brush with mixture.
