Portobello muschrooms
Kosher salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Slice portobellos into strips. Coat with olive oil and a sprinkling of salt. Take a piece of tinfoil and poke small holes in it for drainage. Place the tinfoil on your grill, then put the mushrooms on top, bending the foil slightly around them. Let them steam/grill for about five minutes. Serve as a side for steak, burgers or just about anything!
