Ingredients
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot or 1 tsp ground ginger
2 garlic cloves,minced
4 potobello caps
3 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
For hoisin galze combine hoisin sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside. Brush portobellas with oil; sprikle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Slice into wide strips and serve with hoisin glaze.
