cup purchased red wine vinegar and oil salad dressing or Italian salad dressing

tablespoons sesame seed, toasted*

to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

lb. boneless beef round steak (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
Preparation
GRILL DIRECTIONS: In 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish or resealable food storage plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add round steak; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning once.
Heat grill. When ready to grill, remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 20 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once.
