Ingredients

half a head of romaine

1/4cup feta cheese

1/2cup of candied walnuts

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp dire orango

1 tbsp sait

1 tbsp pepper

1/2 tbsp of chipotle puree

1/2 cup of orange juice

1 cup of balsamic-vinger

1 1/2 cup of E.V.O.O.

Preparation

place the half of the head of romaine on the grilled,and allow to grilled for 15 sec., then turn the head a quarter turn and grilled for another 15 sec. remove the romaine from the grilled, now put the candied walnuts,and feta cheese on top of the salad. in a large mixing bowl add the remainig ites expect for the E.V.O.O.. and mix well till smooth. slowy add in the oil, till the oil is mix in well. dizzle 1/2 cup a top of the salad.
