Ingredients

1lb Salmon (cubed);

1Tb Dijon Mustard;

1Tb Lime Peel;

1Tb Ginger (Minced);

1Tb Cilantro (Chopped);

1tb Soy Sauce;

0.5tb Ground Coriander;

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Pulse salmon in food processor. Mix in the rest of the ingredients to form 4 patties.

Grill or sear for 4 minutes each side
