Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp coarse grain Dijon
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 C firmly packed fresh mint leaves
3/4 C Olive Oil
2 1/2 lb. salmon filets

Place first 4 ingredients in food processor and with motor running slowly add olive oil
grill salmon filets
