Ingredients

1 half salmon, filleted, skin on and pin bones removed

Oil spray

Salt & Pepper

1/4 c butter

1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

1 TBL. Worcestershire sauce

juice of 1/4 lemon

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat grill to about 350-400 degrees. 2. Foil a pan just large enough to hold salmon. Spray foil with oil spray such as Pam, or butter foil. Place salmon on foiled pan skin side down. Lightly salt & pepper fish 3. Combine butter, seasoning salt, lemon pepper and Worcetershire sauce in microwave-safe dish. Cook at 80% for 1 minute, or until butter is just melted. Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Spread mixture over salmon. 5. Grill salmon 15-30 minutes depending on thickness of fish, or just until starts to flake.
