Ingredients

1 filet of salmon, marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper

salad mix

1 shallot, diced

handful of french beans

3 slices prociutto

Dressing:

4 T olive oil

2 T white wine vinegar

2 T sour cream

1 T capers

lemon to taste

1 t tarragon

salt and pepper

Preparation

Grill marinated salmon

Cook beans in salted water for 3 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Toss with greens. Add prosciutto, torn into strips.

Combine rest of ingredients to make dressing and toss on salad, beans and proscuitto. Serve grilled salmon along side salad.
