Ingredients
6 small potatoes
3 bell peppers
Olive oil for grilling plus 1tbsp
2 Italian sausage
¼ cup red onion slivers
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Goat cheese
¼ cup fresh basil for garnish
Preparation
Steam potatoes until just tender Cut each pepper half lengthwise into 3 strips Brush peppers and potatoes with oil and grill Remove to platter and toss with balsamic, onions and 1 tbsp oil Toss in grilled sausages & goat cheese and scatter with basil
