Ingredients

3 T olive oil

2 T Yuzu juice

1 T minced scallion - white

1 T red yuzu kosho

2 t soy sauce

16 large scallops

1 T minced flat leaf parsley

Kosher salt to taste

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingreds. Toss 1/3 with scallops. Grill scallops med-high heat, 4 mins. Serve drizzled with vinaigrette, parsley & salt.
