Ingredients

1 pound of Jumbo Shrimp cleaned and deveined

1 package thin sliced bacon

Cajun seasoning if desired

Preparation

Shake seasoning on shrimp. Wrap each shrimp enough of a slice of bacon to wrap once around the middle. Skewer shrimp through center of back (to hold bacon on) Leave a little space between each shrimp. Grill (or broil if in North Dakota in the winter) over charcoal, turning to cook evenly. They are done when the bacon is cooked and the shrimp is pink.
