Ingredients

2 Flank Steaks Cut into Strips

1/4 Pound of Extra Large Peeled & Deveined Shrimp (Keep Tails On!)

1/2 cup of Italian Dressing

1/4 cup of Fresh Parsley

2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon of Cracked Peppercorn

Dash of salt

A few colorful toothpicks to hold it all in place!

Preparation

Create a marinating mixture with the Italian Dressing, Minced Garlic, Cracked Peppercorn, Parsley & Salt.

Dip the Steak Strips into the mixture and gently roll. Use one or two of your colorful toothpicks to hold the circle together. Place 2-3 shrimps, tails downward, into the center of the steak roll to create a pretty flower pattern.

Place the steak rolls flat onto your grill and cook until the desired temperature has been reached. Lining the grill with aluminum foil is recommended.
