Ingredients

1 lb. raw shrimp (medium or large)

6 cloves of garlic

1 hot cherry pepper

1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

1 cup cilantro

10 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Remove shells from shrimp
  2. Combine remaining ingredients garlic, cherry pepper, black pepper, cilantro and olive oil and blend in a food processor.
  3. Mix shrimp with ingredients from the food processor in a bowl. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Pre-heat BBQ to 450 degrees.
  5. Skewer Shrimp and grill 3 minutes each side.
  6. Serve alone or over couscous and/or white rice. Serve with salad and/or with steak. The possibilities are endless have fun.
