Ingredients
1 lb. raw shrimp (medium or large)
6 cloves of garlic
1 hot cherry pepper
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 cup cilantro
10 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Remove shells from shrimp
- Combine remaining ingredients garlic, cherry pepper, black pepper, cilantro and olive oil and blend in a food processor.
- Mix shrimp with ingredients from the food processor in a bowl. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Pre-heat BBQ to 450 degrees.
- Skewer Shrimp and grill 3 minutes each side.
- Serve alone or over couscous and/or white rice. Serve with salad and/or with steak. The possibilities are endless have fun.
