Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

3 Tbs mayonnaise

3 Tbs milk

1/2 tsp ground cumin

mix together and set aside

1 1/2 lbs large peeled & deveined shrimp

3 Tbs butter, melted

2 large garlic cloves, minced

4 limes cut in quarters

1/2 tsp sea salt

8 six-inch corn tortillas

2-3 cups shredded cabbage

green tomatilla sauce

Guacamole

Preparation

Spear shrimp on skewers. Mix garlic and butter in bowl and brush on shrimp. Place shrimp kebabs on grill along with the lime wedges. Cook 4 minutes per side, until shrimp are opaque, and limes are browned. Remove from grill. Lightly salt shrimp. Grill tortillas for 30 seconds a side.

To serve, pull the shrimp off the skewers and divide evenly among tortillas. Top with cabbage, sour cream sauce, tomatillo sauce & guacamole. Spritz with lime.
