Ingredients

1 lb medium shrimp (peeled)

1 green pepper

1 poblano pepper

1/2 to 1 cup olive oil

sea salt

black pepper

Preparation

  • Put shrimp on skewers (about 8 on each) and place them in a deep dish
  • Take the seeds and core out of the peppers, and put them in a food processor
  • Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  • Pour this mixture over the shrimp, and let sit for about 30 minutes
  • Place on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side so you can get medium grill marks
  • serve
