Ingredients
Shrimp, 1 pound
curry powder, 1 t.
sea salt to taste
fresh cracked pepper to taste
2 t. sesame oil
16 to 28 bay leaves
8 or 9 slices of proscuitto
Preparation
Combine 1 T curry powder, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. If you hate curry (like my husband), substitute a dry rub. Coat shrimp, (1 pound) in sesame oil ( 1 to 2 teaspoons), and then the dry spices. Wrap each shrimp in one leaf of basil, and then wrap in a piece of prosciutto. Thread about 4 on a wooden skewer you have soaked in water. Place on grill sprayed with pam until prosciutto isw crisp. serve plain or with a couple of dipping sauces
