Preparation
Peel and de-vein jumbo shrimp, wrap shrimp with lean bacon strip, use toothpicks which have been soaked in water for one hour, insert toothpick through bacon and shrimp to hold bacon onto shrimp, sprinkle garlic powder on both sides of wrapped shrimp, place on medium heated grill, watch closely to prevent fire from bacon drippings from burning or blackening shrimp, cook till golden brown on both sides.
