Ingredients

kekbabs:

1.5 T ground cumin

1.5 T cracked black pepper

2 3/4 T kosher salt

2 lb boneless sirloin steak, 48-1 inch cubes

2 smal lred onoins, each into 8 wedges

4 peaches each into 8 wegdes

2 large red bell peppers, each into 8 pieces

Sauce:

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tsp olive oil

1/4 Tsp kosher salt

pepper

3 garlic cloves, minced

parsley sprigs

Preparation

  1. Combine kebab ingredients in large bowl, toss well. Thread onto skewers: 3 steak, 2 peach, 1 onion, 1 pepper onto 16 skewers Coat gril lrackwiht cooking spray and grill.. let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Prepare sauce and spoon over kebabs. garnish with parsley sprigs.
