Ingredients

3oz blue cheese, crumbled

2 tbs oleo, room temp

1 tbs parsley

1/2 oz chopped toasted walnuts

2 cloves garlic

salt and pepper

2 top sirloin steaks

Preparation

Combine first ingredients. Stir to blend, mix in walnuts. Transfer mix to a small bowl. Refregerate and bring to room temp before using.

Blend second mix until it resembles coarse paste. Pat steaks dry. PLace in large baking dish and rub mix on each side of steak. Cover and let stand for 1 hour at room temp. Grill over med high heat 5 minutes per side. Transfer to plate and let stand 5 minutes. Top each portion with spoonfuls of butter.
