Ingredients
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Honey
1/4 cup course grain mustard
1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Tabasco
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons paprika, sweet
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 Teaspoon Worcester sauce
1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

2 tablespoon Malt Vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon shallot
1 1/1 pound salmon
Preparation
Combine sauce ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Make Dressing, add salt and pepper to taste, chill.
Brush sauce on both sides of salmon can cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Top with dressing.
