Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sriracha sauce
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
18 chicken wings
Preparation
Remove & discard the wing tips (or save them for making stock.) Cut each wing into 2 pieces. Season the wings with some salt & pepper. Grill over a low to medium low fire until well-browned and cooked through. Melt butter and stir in sriracha sauce, vinegar, 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper, and garlic. Mix until smooth. Toss the hot grilled wings with the sauce and serve with plenty of napkins and cold beer.
