Ingredients

1 cup of cut-up chunk style of the following veggies: potatos (red)

onions (red)

zuks (green & yellow)

carrots. Any other favorite fresh veggies (ie) bell peppers

corn. 1 cube of butter

1 tbl. oregano.

Preparation

Place all of the veggies on a large sheet of foil, that can be folded over to seal. Sprinkle with oregano, cut up a cube of butter over all. Roast for 1 hour plus, depending on how hot your grill is.
