cup butter, softened

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons sliced drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and herbs

tablespoon chopped ripe olives

(1/2-inch-thick) slices round sourdough bread, each cut in half
Preparation
Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well.
When ready to grill, place bread slices on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bread is golden brown, turning once. Spread butter mixture on warm bread slices.
