Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup dry sherry

1/4 cup minced green onions

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced

1 1/2 pounds swordfish steaks

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except fish in a small bowl. Place fish in a glass or ceramic dish, and pour marinade over fish; cover and marinate 1 hour. Grill fish over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side.
